Clean it up, and this could be a great home for someone. Owner's son set a couple of small fires (contained in trash cans?) inside. Based on visual observations, nearly all interior damage appears to be caused by firemen who broke windows and tossed around personal property. There is smoke and some fire damage. Structure and systems appear not to have been affected. 2 doors need to be replaced. Outside damage is near the front door and appears to have affected some vinyl siding and decking. Home is absolutely being sold "as is, how is, where is" without warranties or guarantees. ALL persons who set foot on premises MUST sign "Enter at Your Own Risk Warning and Waiver", and receipt of such MUST be acknowledged by listing agent BEFORE going onto property. NO minors allowed. All who enter must wear face masks. No utilities are on and will not be turned on by seller. Utilities were recently turned off due to vacancy, not functionality, and were working great up to their recent disconnect.
